From rebranding to transforming the experience: the Parrilla Limonar story.

When Parrilla Limonar came to us, they had a problem many restaurants have: people saw them on social media, but it wasn't the right people. Most of their audience was in Cali, Medellín, and Bogotá, not in Armenia, where the restaurant actually is. Lots of likes, few filled tables.

The first thing was the brand. We created a visual identity that people could recognize, consistent across social media, in the restaurant, everywhere. So when someone saw a post or walked past the door, they'd know it was Parrilla Limonar.

Then we worked on digital positioning. With SEO and content strategy, we made Armenia go from a secondary city to the primary city in their audience. Now the people seeing them are the ones who can actually come eat.

We built their website from scratch, they didn't have one. And not just that: we automated the entire customer experience. Digital menu, orders without having to call anyone, automatic reservations. Response time went from a full day to seconds using artificial intelligence.

The result? Nearly 50,000 Instagram followers, close to 8,000 on TikTok, almost 10% sales growth in just a few months, and a brand that people in Armenia now recognize and seek out.
